My mum and I went in today, Friday morning about 10.30am. It wasn't very busy so there were lots of machines to play on. Roulette of the cradle ingrid laubrock. We love the variety and there are ones that you don't find locally. We stopped for lunch at the cafe downstairs. Mum had the roast of the day which was a huge plate with lots of meat, vegetables and the most delicious gravy. I had the spaghetti bolognese with garlic bread which was huge also and absolutely delicious. I couldn't finish it all. The staff in the cafe were polite, friendly and really helpful with our likes and dislikes. We valet parked our car and the guys there were lovely. They helped mum out of the car and got her walker from the boot. They made us feel welcomed and we were happy. They were also really lovely to us when we picked our car up after a wonderful day at the casino.We didn't make our fortune but we had a fantastic day. Thank you.
Good atmosphere and great customer service. Good place to go when you have nothing else to do late at night. Don't gamble, you never win. I have studied mathematics in highschool, give 100 flips of a coin and you always get approximately 50% heads and 50% tails. The probability of gambling is the same. However good place to go to watch people lose there money.
Not what it used to me. Still looks impressive aesthetically but the relaxation of dress regulations and predominance of poker machines has seen this place lose all its class. Very few places just to sit and drink anymore. Every inch of free space crammed with pokies.
We went to the casino last night, we could not believe how much this place has gone downhill. Dress code is non existent, bars and toilets are dirty and run down. There was a fight in the bar we were in. Would not recommend this casino until they do a massive clean up of this precinct.
Was very full of energy, and great staff. Started with a lovely dinner & then went to the bar for a cocktail, followed by the roulette table. Awsome night
